[CNY_Triathlon] ride tomorrow

Tracy and I will be riding for about 2 hours tomorrow morning/afternoon. We'll start at 11 and ride until we drop... Feel free to come for any or all of it. Did I mention that we'll be at the WTF ;)



Excellent job all you CNY Tri - ers at the Lake Effect Half Marathon today. The wind was tough, but boy was that fun!!!!! And the Applebee's soup afterwards sure did hit the spot, huh???



One more note... nice NOT to be sending this e-mail from the president e-mail account. Bridget, you're doing a GREAT job!
