[CNY_Triathlon] LAST CALL-Volunteers needed from CNY TRI Club for Run Station #4 in IM 70.3

Dear Club Member and friends,

We need a few more volunteers from our CNY TRI Club at "Run Aid Station #4" for the IM 70.3 on Sunday, September 18. 
Please sign up by 7 PM Friday, Sept 16th so we can plan for who is coming. 
Shift 1 is 10 AM - 2:30 PM while shift 2 is 11 AM -3:30 PM

How to register:  Please go to link http://www.doitsports.com/volunteer/join-protected-group.tcl?event_id=203291 

Follow the steps below once you get to that link site:
>From the drop down menu, find Group Name: Putin on Ritz
Use the password  123456
Fill out the form with the information IM 70.3 requests,
When you get to "Shifts I will work"; use the drop down box; select "other" if you want 10-2:30 and select 11-3 if you want 11-3:30.
Make sure you sign the waiver,
Lastly click on "Join Group",

You should get a confirmation from Do It Sports shortly after you successfully finish the sign up.
