[CNY_Triathlon] Many thanks

Hey everybody,
Wednesday nite was a rough nite without being able to swim at Jamesville
Beach but we got throught it.. Anyway I'd like to thank all those who did
volunteer to help us out..also to Brian and Keith and Laura for helping with
the seaweed detail.

I want to especially thank Dr. John Castle and Brent Morehouse for showing
up at Jamesville beach to help our athletes repair their broken bodies. For
several weeks now John and Brent donated their time to Jamesville Beach and
Oneida Shores and it is muchly appreciated.
