[CNY_Triathlon] Intro To Shifting/Gearing Class This Sunday

Hi, All,

Sorry for the late notice here...my first post didn't go through (or if it
did, sorry for the repeat!).

I will be coaching a class this Sunday at 11 a.m. at the Winter Training
Facility at Shoppingtown.  The class will be a Shifting/Gearing class for
beginner cyclists, however all are welcome if you would just like to get a
ride in.  Bring your bikes, and I will take you through a variety of
scenarios to get you used to shifting.  This is a great way to build
confidence just in time to get out on the road!
